How to make Christmas tree cupcakes?

First, let’s gather our ingredients.

Here’s what you’ll need:

– 12 chocolate cupcakes

– green frosting
– M&M candies
 
Next, you’ll need to rreheat your oven to 350 degrees.
 
Now you need to line a 12 cup cupcake pan with cupcake liners (we used red!).
 
Mix up your cupcakes. Use your own recipe, or go easy like us and use a boxed mix. I especially like the Betty Crocker chocolate cake mix. It’s moist and makes perfect cupcakes. Give it a try!
Making cupcakes step by step
Bake for 15 minutes and then let cool. You want the cupcakes to be completely cooled or the frosting will melt and you’re Christmas tree will look horrible.

You can use this Betty Crocker Cupcake Frosting for easy piping or regular green frosting. The special can really helps you make the swirls to create the Christmas tree look.

These Christmas Tree cupcakes are fun to make and so yummy! Whip them up for your next Christmas party!
