I love including coloring pages in our homeschool preschool. I wanted some easy large printable number coloring pages, so I decided to make some for my kiddos! There are so many educational uses for these printable numbers. Let me tell you some of the different ways that we use them in our homeschool!

Free Printable Numbers 0-9

These number coloring pages include all numbers from 0-9. Each sheet includes one large number and the name of the number below. Both can be colored in if the child wants.

I chose numbers 0-9 because those are the first numbers we typically teach our preschoolers. Let’s take a look at some of the fun ways we can use these coloring sheets!

1:1 Correspondence

We love using buttons as manipulatives in our homeschool. You could also use candy, chocolate chips, gemstones, rocks, or beads.

Simply have the child put as many objects on the number. Easy and fun!

We love using do-a-dot markers. Do the same as above. I would also let my child completely fill in the number with the do-a-dot marker to work on those fine motor skills.

More Ways to Use Large Numeral Templates

Give your child pom poms, foam stickers, or regular stickers to fill in the numbers. Use these numbers as posters or make a number book with your child!

Make textured numbers by filling in the numbers with glitter glue, or placing glue inside the numbers and sprinkling glitter on top.

Play number hop by placing the numbers on the floor, calling them out, and having your preschooler hop to the correct number!
