Whew! Last week was extremely hectic, and so far the beginning of this week is much the same! My hubby is in the final stretch of his first semester back to school, so he’s been busy with school work. If that’s not enough, we did a small remodeling job in our bathroom over the weekend, and I painted my front door red! Yay! I plan to have pics and a post for those two little house projects later this week.
It’s Monday, so it’s time to lay out my menu plan. Since I’m starting a real food journey, I’m beginning to slowly incorporate new real food recipes into our dinners! Keeping breakfast and lunch real is pretty easy (except for dealing with sugar), it’s dinnertime where I want to turn to seasonings that have MSG and other things to add to my food. We are working on it, slowly but surely!
Monday – Cabbage Roll Casserole (My version is pictured above. Yum!)
Tuesday – Lentil Soup, Fresh Bread
Wednesday – Roast Chicken, Garlic Carrot Mashed Potatoes
Thursday – Corned Beef and Cabbage
Friday -Penne Pasta with ground beef and tomato sauce
Saturday – Breakfast for dinner
