Since we do once a month grocery shopping, I also tend to plan my meals a month at a time. I thought I would give you an idea of what we are eating for supper this month!
This menu does not include most of our side dishes, and I do have a tendency to move things around. You will notice a pattern to our menu plan. Fridays are always pizza night. Sometimes we order out, sometimes I make it homemade. Tuesdays are our Mexican theme nights. We may eat tacos, fajitas, or whatever is Mexican inspired. Thursdays are leftover nights. If I don’t plan a leftover night, we end up with a lot of waste.
Obviously this menu does not include breakfast, lunch, or snacks.
