I’m late getting my weekly menu plan up on the blog, but I’ve been very busy with my husband’s new work schedule! I feel like I’m going non-stop, but that’s not stopping me from cooking. I’m really enjoying getting in the kitchen and making some good meals for my family!
This is what is on our menu this week!
Monday – Garlic Chicken Fettucine, sweet potato fries on the side
Tuesday – 15 bean soup, cornbread
Wednesday – Chicken and vegetable casserole
Thursday – Ranch burgers on homemade buns, homemade fries
Friday – Dinner at Applebee’s (It’s Veteran’s Day so hubby gets a free meal there!)
Saturday – Roast chicken with garlic mashed potatoes (will be making stock on Sunday)
For breakfasts we have eggs and bacon, oatmeal, or our favorite smoothies! I hope to share some wonderful smoothie recipes with you next week!
Lunches are usually leftovers, but sometimes we have peanut butter and jelly or nutella sandwiches. Today I actually made a delicious egg salad (fresh, of course!).
