3 Months OldI realize I am late in posting Baby O’s three month update. February has been a busy month with sickness and exhaustion at this house. I cannot believe how quickly my baby is growing, but they always grow so quickly. He changes every single day. He is so beautiful and I cannot imagine our lives without him. Thank you God for such a beautiful blessing.

Baby O’s personality is really shining through. He started smiling and giggling this month. He thinks bath time for Bubba and Sissy is hilarious. Bug passed down his Fisher Price Space Saver high chair to Baby O. Those chairs are the most used baby items in my home. They go from high chairs to boosters, so Baby O has started sitting reclined in his little high chair while we eat or while I clean the kitchen.

I love how excited he gets when you play with him. Shake a rattle at him or coo at him and he starts kicking his legs and flailing his arms and giggling. It is so adorable and I don’t remember my other kids acting like that.

He has really mastered the head control. He loves to sit up and look around at everything. He is so nosy! He also rolled over for the first time on my bed. I think my bed makes it a little easier for him to roll over, but hey, he did it.

The toughest thing here lately has been the poopsplosions! He poops right up the back of his diapers and that yellow breastmilk poop seems impossible to get out of clothing. We aren’t doing cloth, by the way. As cute as it is and as much as I love it, I just cannot bring myself to deal with the extra laundry this time around. I have a difficult time keeping up with the regular laundry and Baby O poops A LOT!

Well, I guess that’s it for now. I almost have a four month old on my hands! Why must our babies grow up so fast!

  1. Wow! He has grown a lot. I use woolite carpet cleaner on clothes with those kind pf stains. I just make sure to rinse that load 2 times to make sure the cleaner is washed away. I also hang some of those clothes to bleach in the sun.
