Easy Instant Pot Recipes
When I first heard of the Instant Pot or Electric Pressure Cooker, I was intimidated. It seemed like such a complicated gadget to try to learn and it hadn’t even been too terribly long since I became confident in the kitchen. When I received an electric pressure for Christmas last year, I timidly tried it. Little did I know it would be life changing! The Instant Pot is not one of my most used appliances. Since I love my pressure cooker so much, I’m excited to share my favorite easy Instant Pot recipes with you!
What is the best thing to cook in an Instant Pot?
You can make almost anything in an Instant Pot, but in my opinion the absolute best things to cook in a pressure cooker are chicken breasts and eggs. The Instant Pot makes hard boiled eggs a snap, and chicken breasts become perfectly shreddable and infused with flavor when cooked under pressure.
Can you cook frozen meat in an Instant Pot?
Yes! You will need to adjust your cook time and take into account your frozen meat, but the beauty of the Instant Pot is that it will cook a hunk of frozen meat in a reasonable amount of time! No more excuses for not being able to cook dinner!
