My husband loves Halloween. He loves to dress up in costume, he loves to decorate our house, and he loves to throw a Halloween party for his friends. This year, I decided to try something a little different and make Frankenstein corn dogs! He loves the Monster Mash, and these corn dogs are one of those easy snacks for a Halloween party! If you’re looking for some Frankenstein themed food, this is an easy dish to make!

We just love creating fun Halloween treats for our kids. We’ve done eyeball spaghetti, spider salad, mummy hot dogs, mozzarella fingers, and pumpkin punch. These Frankenstein corn dogs are probably the biggest hit because all of my kids love corn dogs.
The design is beyond easy. My husband suggested using candy eyes, so that is an option if you want to get fancy. I like to keep things as simple as possible, so ours just have black eyes.
How to Make Frankenstein Corn Dogs
To begin, preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, and bake your corn dogs on a baking sheet for around 17 minutes. Our favorite corn dogs are the State Fair Corn Dogs from Walmart.

Make black mustard! All you need to do is pour in some black food coloring.

and stir until your mustard is black!

To prepare your Frankenstein corn dogs, place some of the black mustard in a zippered bag. Snip the very end of the bag so you can squeeze just a little bit out.

Dip the top of the corn dog in the bowl of black mustard to make Frankenstein’s hair.

Use the zippered bag to create his face and add half of a pretzel stick to each side of the corn dog for his bolts.

And there you have it, a spooky Frankenstein corn dog to wow your guests at your next Halloween party!

An easy Halloween party entree, these Frankenstein corn dogs will impress your guests and get them in the mood for a Monster Mash! More treats to make for your Halloween party!
