Before Five in a Row is another curriculum that has been recommended to me mostly because of my love of literature. Use Before Five in a Row with your children who are ages 2-4. It is to be used as “a gentle start that is not a curriculum but instead a collection of discussion and play-based lessons to do for 10-15 minutes 2 or 3 days a week.” So, you aren’t getting a full curriculum here, but lots of book and activity ideas.

We recently moves to the states and cannot believe how expensive pre school is! A week costs the same as a whole month in my country! So decided to keep her home for a bit. Please can you explain co-op to me? What is it a s where will i find it in my area? Much appreciated
Hi Barbara. A co-op is usually a group of homeschooling families who get together once a week or so and offer different classes for the kids. We’ve been a part of co-ops where parents were expected to teach a class, and also a part of drop off co-ops. Reach out to someone in your local homeschool community to see what they offer. I hate to say Google it, if you aren’t already plugged in to your community, but that is how I found out about local homeschool groups in all of the places I’ve lived.
