When you are homeschooling, one of the biggest considerations you will run into is choosing books. We tend to choose living books for kids to teach various subjects and bring our homeschool to life. Today I’m going to share with you some living books for kindergarten that have been absolute favorites in our homeschool.

Best Living Books for Kindergarten
I have a fairly selective list of living books here for you to add to your home library when homeschooling kindergarten. These are the absolute top favorites in our homeschool, so I highly encourage you to check out some of these books. I have a combination of easy readers here that children who are just beginning to read would enjoy, as well as some living picture books that can be enjoyed by all ages!
Living Books for Beginning Readers
Whether your child begins reading in kindergarten, or you wait a little longer like I do, these beginning readers are sure to delight your new readers. I have the best memories of reading Owl at Home and Frog and Toad with one of my sons because he just got so into the books and thought they were so funny. Those are definitely the type of homeschool memories that I will always cherish.
