Free Printable Summer Reading Log for Kids

Summer break is almost here and for many kids the summer months mean the school year is done, but it’s time to start a summer reading challenge. I really love how even my most reluctant readers are motivated by a reward system and a summer reading challenge really helps to get the kids reading. I have created a free printable summer reading log as a great way to keep track of all of the fun books your kids are reading during summer vacation.

This simple reading log is such a fun way to keep track of the books and reading progress throughout the summer season. 

It has a place for:

• The Number of Books
• The Title of the Book
• The Date
• The Author
• The Number of Pages
• The Student’s Rating of the Book

There’s even a place for kids to write down their favorite books and any notes they’ve made so far.
